About RAAG

The Road Accident Action Group is a volunteer non for profit incorporated association, Established in 2002. RAAG is committed to identifying evidence and research based road safety issues  in Mackay and the  Bowen Basin. Collaborating with all stakeholders- Government, local industry, local businesses, associations and individuals RAAG is able to take holistic approach in its  projects –everyone uses our roads so everyone should get involved to reduce road trauma. RAAG has been recognised as an effective community group having won numerous State and National Road Safety Awards.

WHEN WE MEET

We meet 10am-12pm on the second Thursday each month at the Resource Centre of Excellence, 65 Crichtons Road, Paget.

All interested in road safety are welcome to come.
